Parent’s mission

As parents our mission, should we choose to accept it, is to raise children who know and love Christ, His Church, and the world that needs to know of His Salvation and the surpassing worth of a life spent with Him.
This mission is impossible…alone.
Together as a church community we aim to come alongside our parents and grandparents to equip them for discipleship ministry in every home.

3 things to know about this mission

  1. We believe the parent(s) are the primary disciple-maker in a child’s life.
  2. We believe that HBC Family Ministry should be a place where  families believe in the ongoing redemptive work of Christ, find belonging within the church, and become like Christ being a light in a dark world.
  3. Together, parents partnered with the church, can leave a legacy of faith that will last lifetimes.
