Pastor Will and his wife Sharon moved to Lebanon in 2016. They have been married for 38 years and have one daughter and two granddaughters.  Pastor Will and his wife Sharon are partners in the ministry.  He longs to the see the church as fully mature followers of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:14-16) His favorite verse is Romans 5:8. This verse reminds him that God loved him when he was his most unlovable.   

Husband to Sarah and father to two beautiful children, Adam began serving at Hope in 2024. He is passionate about seeing Students and families embrace Jesus for all of who He is as they begin to encounter Him in their private and public worship.

Rebecca and her husband, Robert, have been members of West Hills Baptist Church/Hope Baptist Church since July 2003. They have 3 adult children: Jackson, Thomas, and William.  Robert and Rebecca enjoy serving here at Hope Baptist Church together, along with spending time with their children, travelling to see God's beautiful creation, and camping. 

serves as one of our Worship Associates at Hope Baptist Church, where he leads with acoustic guitar and vocals. Having begun serving at Hope in 2015, he is passionate about guiding our church family into Christ-honoring, biblically grounded worship. Peyton loves helping people experience Jesus through music and praise

Lifelong musician and husband to Madelyn. Austin began serving at Hope in 2025 striving to lead the congregation in worshiping Jesus by connecting the music we sing to the Word.

Tom is the father of two girls, Kathryn and Rachel, and the husband of Martha. He serves at Hope Baptist as an Elder, encourage Group Leader and Chair of the Finance Team. Tom also serves in other ministries including Joseph’s Storehouse, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Tennessee Prayer Breakfast, and the Southern Baptist Foundation. Additionally he serves on the Board of Trust of Middle Tennessee State University.

Robert and his wife, Rebecca, have 3 grown boys: Jackson, Thomas, and William. Robert serves as deacon, an Encourage group leader, TeamKid leader, and on the First Impressions Team. He enjoys spending time with his family and travelling.
